How the Red Tourist Bus works

Select the date and make a reservation. We will send you a voucher to print or download to your mobile phone. It is essential to present it in order to access the Valencia Tourist Bus.

The 24-hour validity of the ticket starts from the first time you board the bus. You can get on and off at as many stops as you like, as long as your ticket is valid.

The first service from stop no. 1 at Calle Pintor Sorolla 2 leaves daily at 10:00 a.m., and the last one at 7:00 p.m. (or 7:45 p.m. in July and August). There are also departures from the Aqua Shopping Centre from 9:47 a.m. Bus frequency varies from 15 to 45 minutes depending on the time of day.

How the 7-day VLC Tourist Card (without transport) works

Buy your card and specify how you want it to be delivered. You can pick it up at any of our Tourist Offices.

Show your card at the ticket offices of museums, monuments and attractions to receive free entry or the applicable discount. You will also get discounts when using it at partner shops and restaurants.

The card will be valid for 7 days from the first scan.

If you prefer to buy tickets online in advance, do so at the same time you buy the Valencia Tourist Card and the discounts will be applied automatically.
Information for people with reduced mobility
Approximately 65% of the buses are wheelchair accessible, but NOT ALL of them. Accessible buses can accommodate a maximum of two wheelchair users.
It is recommended to call directly at +34 699 982 514 to check when buses with ramps are available.
Children
Children up to 15 years of age have free entry to municipal museums and monuments. Ask for discounts for seniors, students and people with disabilities at our Tourist Offices.
Returns
There are no refunds, full or partial, on the Valencia Tourist Card packs with tickets. The date or name on the tickets can be changed with 48 hours' notice.

Delivery
The Valencia Tourist Card is a physical card, to which during the purchasing process you must decide how you wish to receive it.
Delivery to an address, delivery to your hotel or free collection from our TOURIST OFFICES.
Home Delivery
The delivery period for addresses within Spain is 3-5 working days from the date of purchase. For deliveries to other EU countries, the delivery period is 10-15 working days.
Delivery to your Hotel
Purchases will be delivered to the customer’s Hotel on the date indicated by the customer, between 10 am and 11 am.
