Noble, located at Calle Conde Salvatierra 39, pays tribute to the most traditional recipes of our culture in an enclave where the legacy and heritage of our ancestors at the helm of the kitchen is evident. With a sophisticated, relaxed and elegant interior design, inspired by the aesthetics of New York clubs during Prohibition in the 1920s, the restaurant aims to provoke a contrast between the gastronomic proposal and the context in which it is enjoyed, with the fusion of both elements being a key part of the concept it seeks to create. Among the delicacies that can be enjoyed are dishes recovered from our history such as casquería, stews such as cocido, onion soup or all i pebre de anguila, as well as rice, meat and fish dishes cooked with traditional homemade recipes. Undoubtedly, a truly honest offer, with which to raise the legacy of so many generations of predecessors to the highest level. And in the same way that iconic recipes of our most traditional gastronomy are rescued, its creators also put the accent on the mythical ‘sobremesa’, where you can enjoy exquisite liqueurs, sweets and confectionery worthy of an interesting get-together around a table that seeks to prioritise the customer's privacy and enjoy a quiet and well zoned space.
